Founded by Natsuko Takeda in August 2017. Ms. Takeda was born and raised in a sweet potato farm (Musashino Shizen Nojyo) in Saitama, Japan. Her family has been running the farm since 1750, she has been interested in food and nature since since her childhood. In 1998, she worked at Nobu Tokyo in Aoyoma Japan as ther grand opening staff. In 2014, she moved to Hawaii to study rawfood science at Honlulu Hawaii Rawfood School and yoga at Open Space Yoga LLC. She started to think how important for us to live with mother nature and people in Hawaii. In, 2016, she opened Coffee Shop 831 in Waikiki. She is trying to reduce waste at shop as a ecological activist. Her coffee shop has 3 important mottos:
